I did not receive the confirmation email.

Check your spam folder first. Then open the app, go to your profile and tap Resend confirmation. Links expire after 48 hours.

How do I cancel the membership?

Membership is billed by Google Play. Open Google Play, go to Subscriptions and cancel Mindblox there. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.

Can I play without an account?

Yes. Every puzzle works offline. An account is only needed for cloud progress, leaderboards and friends.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile, then Delete account. Or use the Delete account page on this site. Deletion is reversible for 30 days.
