Terms of Use
By installing or using Mindblox you accept these terms. We kept them short.
1. The service
Mindblox is an Android app offering brain-training puzzles, a daily workout, a Brain Index, leaderboards, friends and a weekly tournament. Puzzles work offline without an account; an account is only needed for cloud progress and social features.
The Brain Index is a game metric. It is not a medical, educational or scientific measurement and is not presented as one.
2. Age
You must be 13 or older to create an account. If you are under 18 you need a parent's or guardian's permission for the paid membership. Anyone may play the puzzles without an account.
3. Accounts
- Your account is personal; do not share your password. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Your display name is visible to other players. Names that are abusive, harassing, hateful, impersonating or misleading are not allowed; such names are changed and the account may be suspended.
- One person, one account. A Google Play subscription can be linked to only one account.
4. Fair play
Tampering with scores, automating play, modifying the app or sending fabricated data to the server is prohibited. Implausible scores do not enter the tables; repeated violations lead to suspension or deletion. You can report suspicious scores and inappropriate names from inside the app.
5. Membership and payment
- The optional yearly membership is purchased and billed through Google Play. The price is shown in Google Play at the time of purchase.
- The membership renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. Cancellations and refunds follow Google Play's rules and are handled through Google Play.
- Deleting your account does not cancel the membership. Cancel it separately under Google Play > Subscriptions.
- If a free trial is offered, its conditions are shown on the purchase screen.
6. Intellectual property
The app, games, design and brand belong to Mustafa Pat. You receive a licence for personal, non-commercial use; copying, reverse engineering and redistribution are prohibited.
7. Changes and termination
We may add, remove or change games and reorganise leaderboards and tournaments. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers keep the benefit of mandatory consumer-protection rules of their own country.
